Simone oversees the client experience at AGN Builders, bringing together her background in Finance, Human Resources, and residential construction to ensure every project runs smoothly, transparently and with exceptional communication.
Simone manages the project schedule and all contract administration, making sure clients understand each stage of the process and always know what's coming next. Her strong organisational skills and attention to detail keep communication clear with clients and architects.
With experience in Finance, Simone brings clarity to budgets and cost control, while her Human Resources background ensures a people‑first approach to communication, problem‑solving and client support. She is the central point of contact throughout the build, ensuring clients feel informed, supported and confident from start to finish.

Apprentice Carpenter & Next‑Generation Builder
Lucas is the newest member of the AGN Builders team and represents the next generation of our family business. Over the last few years, he has spent meaningful time on building sites alongside Andew and George, developing a strong foundation in the trade and a genuine interest in residential construction. This exposure helped cement his decision to continue working in the industry and learn from his respected mentors.
With a natural passion for building homes and a willingness to learn, Lucas brings enthusiasm, curiosity and a growing skill set to the team. Under George's guidance, he is building solid carpentry skills while learning the values that define AGN Builders — quality, respect and pride in workmanship.
