Project Details
This architect designed coastal home at Aireys Inlet was built with an environmentally friendly brief at its core, sitting lightly on its site while making the most of the outlook. The home is arranged across three split level floors, with 4.2 metre ceilings giving the interiors a sense of volume and openness.
The standout feature is an 8 metre cantilevered balcony that reaches out toward the ocean, drawing the view straight into the living areas and blurring the line between inside and out.
The result is contemporary coastal living at its best, and a home that works equally well as a relaxed holiday retreat or a permanent residence on the Surf Coast.
