Project Details
Set in a leafy pocket of Brighton East, this home had a facade worth keeping. AGN Builders restored it to its original condition, retaining the character that gives the house its presence on the street while the work behind it was far more substantial.
The rear of the building was completely transformed. A large family room with cathedral ceilings now anchors the home, giving the living areas a scale and light the original layout never had.
That multi functional living room opens directly to a spacious outdoor entertaining area and pool, so the house works as easily for a quiet weekend as it does for a crowd.
