Overview

This architectural custom home in Kew was delivered for clients who had recently relocated from Adelaide and were seeking a residence that combined lifestyle convenience with refined, long-term liveability. A contemporary lifestyle build centred around family connection, seamless flow and outdoor entertaining, the home was designed to support the way the clients wanted to live day-to-day while maximising the unique characteristics of the site.

The block itself was a distinctive off-market opportunity, a triangular, irregular allotment positioned behind neighbouring properties. Its shape and access constraints required a thoughtful design response and a builder experienced in managing complex detailing, sequencing and coordination. AGN Builders worked closely with the project architect to ensure the architectural intent was preserved while maximising functionality and flow throughout the home.

Design & Construction Features

The home showcases a carefully curated selection of premium materials and finishes, including:

Although the architectural documentation was relatively standard, AGN Builders worked closely with the clients to prepare a comprehensive specification and selections document, ensuring clarity, transparency and alignment from the outset.
